After a few "exhibitions," I decided to do CWS-WSH again, this time using a kinda/sorta "as played" as Early Wynn in the actual game pitched 2 innings before a "bullpen by committee" finished out the game. One wrinkle to that, Wynn's spot came up in the 2nd, I then PH for him, thus affecting a somewhat "perfect" result:
-Don Larsen pitched 6 innings, allowing a couple of solo homers, retiring the last 7 batters he faced.
-Warren Hacker then pitched the final 2 innings, retiring the last 6 batters of the game.
-The Pale Hose scored 3 runs in the 3rd, 5th and 9th innings on 15 hits en route to a 9-2 win.
